Merti Bhumi is the biggest Malangrejo's cultural festival. It was prepared by the people itself for a long time. This year, 2015, Merti Bhumi gets a special addition event. A day for the main event, there will be a sacral ceremony to take waters from three oldest wells in the village.
The main event will be started at 8.00 a.m. till drop (closed by Kethoprak performance which is performed all night long).
For this big event, the people prepare so many this, from the stage, performance, dishes, and many more. This year, children performances was trained by KKN PPM UGM team.
